Europa Hotel - Sliema

The staff provided commendable service, especially with helpful information about local transport and attractions. The location was refreshing, perfectly situated near the seaside promenade and a bus station that facilitated easy travel. The room's overall condition showed signs of wear, with maintenance needs that could not be overlooked, including a bathroom layout that felt cramped. Wi-Fi connectivity was reliable, but the breakfast options could use significant improvement for variety and taste.

You guys made our stay very very good. We were there for 7 days, everything was very good, loved its best possible location near to Valletta or Mdina and bus stop, super markets, and restaurants.

The staff were friendly, and I got a bit of a surprising upgrade which was awesome! Location is on point, right near the beach and some lekker restaurants. My room had a nice little balcony-great!

The breakfast could've had a bit more variety, got a bit samey after a few days.

Breakfast was vastly overhyped, with limited options and tasteless food. It's shocking that my room had no view, just walls, and no one bothered to assist me with an upgrade. I almost considered giving a good review but just couldn't after staying here.

I wanted room with sea side and balcony but haven`t it, if I had spent in hotel more than 2 nights, that`s can be a problem.

The staff were helpful, especially when I needed assistance with a late taxi to the airport.

The breakfast options were quite limited, and I often had to wait for clean cups or plates.

The Hotel is very dated, I really did expect quilt covers on the beds? and when i booked a double room with a sea view, i would have expected 2 chairs and a table to sit at.The hotel could make lots of money in the summer if a little money was spent on the rooms? furniture? and a toaster in the breakfast lounge.

Very good location close to the transport, bars, restaurants and to the seaside. Very helpful staff!

Team was good and polite! The sea view from my room was amazing. Clean and spacious room with hot water and a great air conditioning system.
